edit: I did PM a staff member regarding me getting combat a few days after I got it, but I guess they didn't do anything about it. ;)

The decision regarding the awarding of the honoured member position is not open to general discussion. It is entirely up to the staff to decide whether a member is deserving of the rank. :-#

I know it was such a long way back, Plunder and it's quite hard to read through all those new posts, but:

I assume the staff will make you wait up until the point where they think you (or anyone else) have/has earned that position and, just like moaning about the waiting period on applications, complaining here is unlikely to change much (at least not for the better), in my opinion.
In addition to that, the honoured member position is not one you can apply for, it is offered to you when the staff members see it fit (although admittedly, at this point, that would seem to be in ~2028).
