I was previously in Peacefull on the account Chars Ninja2, I quit that account and started I Am Tyler I and was still in Pcfl but didn't meet the requirements but was working towards them, now I use Prayers Cape.

Since you were previously a member of Peacefull and now you're rejoining, I don't think you should have to meet the new requirements. Let's see what everyone else says though.

Even though he doesn't meet our new requirements, I was thinking since he was already in the clan before he could receive the Clan Friend/Alumni rank until he met the new requirements to be a Member.

The account I Am Tyler I is still active, as far as I can see. So it seems like you are a Peacefull member still/already!

Is it just about a name change? Or aren't you able to log in on I Am Tyler I? For a name change, I am afraid you would need to meet the new requirements, as we usually only allow name changes to accounts that meet them...

As Chick Ken stated your other account is still activated so use that until you meet the requirements on your new account. Once you meet the requirements private message a Global Moderator or an Administrator to get your username changed.
