You're combat is too high. There is probably a 1% chance you will be allowed in since you willingly and knowingly got unnecessary combat levels passed 30.

I say he should be let in because he got combat for a specific reason, but if he gets 41 before 5 months, instantly out. He's already said he won't gain combat levels.

Not only that, but honestly, hes only 10 levels above the limit, but he's still a skiller. The way he trained his combat was simply in a way to be original. 99 pray and 99 def at level 40 is original to me, even if he did SW. He has a few skill 99s, and has high RC. So, in my eyes, he's just a skiller that has the ability to wear high level armour and and awesome skillcape (prayer. Just in my opinion.)

I hope they let you in, but if they keep lettin g people above peacefulls limit in, why not just raise the requirements, its not like they mean anything by the looks of it.
