I'm not sure what I think about this to be honest, I have read the thread and taken some time to think it over.

I have come to the conclusion that there are rules, and requirements, are we going to completely ignore them?

Does this mean that every person will have their application considered individually? I worry that this may lead to how well a person face fits?

Well thats my opinion for what it is worth.

The fact is there are requirements. He does not meet the requirements. If someone with 20m cook xp and nothing else tried to join you'd say no, not "make an exception" because they do not meet the requirements. Besides the fact that he does not meet them, I personally don't think he's a very pleasant person to be around. No offense, but that's just my observation. I don't see a reason to let a negative impact and a person who doesn't meet requirements into the clan.

Your combat level is too high and i have proof of you admitting to breaking at least 2 rules.

Which I've shown to admin in the past and would be happy to show again.

I do understand where you're coming from, Flawed. Though the reason why I think there would be an exception here is he is seen more as a skiller rather than someone who only exceeds the combat requirement by a few levels. I do have to somewhat agree with you Flawed about the negative impact. Expelled has made some poor decisions before which could affect him.

If we start bending the rules now
how many more times will we have to do it in the future
no reason for combat over lvl 30 should be accepteble
if we bend the rules for expelled there prolly be more like him seeing he got away with it

Normally I would be indifferent toward an application like this, but in your app you left a very poor first impression. I don't know you, so I won't judge you - but I hope you learn how valuable first impressions are.

Expelled would follow under that group then. Plus there's pictures of him admitting to breaking rules. I agree with Soul. There's no point in having a combat requirement if you're just going to ignore it.

I doubt he'll be let in, it's so much easier to join at a level under 30, and than later on get combat.

I mean it worked for most, half our ranks are 80+ combat.

Exceptions are discussed more often then they are actually granted; I'm not sure how many exceptions there have actually been.

I remember the legend's cape guy, and there might have been a person with higher defence and such. I can only really remember 2.

Awhile ago, I did a quick count and got this:

Alumni: 48
Members: 145.

We do have a fairly high number of alumni (not all 48 are 80+, I'd imagine) but that's fine with me. We may be closer to a community in that I believe we should place high importance upon what a person is like.

Often people regret getting combat. It wouldn't fair, imo, to just boot them whenever they go over. D:
