4. My highest level is: 99
5. My combat level is: 4
6. Reason for getting combat levels (if any): wanted to stand out.
7. Will I gain more combat levels?: nope

12. I want to join Clan Peacefull because: The people involved with the clan seem nice and just for fun.
13. Tell us about yourself: im 16, im from victoria bc canada, i play runescape mostly everyday. I over all an easy going guy.
14. Tell us about your Runescape history: ive been playing runescape for about 6 months.
15. Prove to us that you have read and accepted our rules and guidelines: This clan is for people who chose not to train combat, but concentrate on leveling skills instead.

Requirements to join the clan are as follows:

20m Total Non-Combat Experience
*No combat experience counts toward the required total XP.
You must be level 3-30 to join the clan.
Half of the experience must not be in Cooking, Fletching or Firemaking.

* Combat skills that aren't allowed to be counted towards the required experience.

Attack
Strength
Defence
Magic
Range
Hitpoints
Prayer
Summoning

Only 1 million experience counts towards the requirements in Slayer.

Welcome to Clan Peacefull, however it appears you haven't read the rules, you can find them here. You also do not have a picture of you greeting Peacefull and your stats, to do this you should write something like "Hi Peacefull" in RuneScape, click on your stat page, and press "Prnt Scrn". Then, go into a paint program such as Paint or GIMP, and press Ctrl + V, this will paste you image into the application. You may wish to crop the image also. Then, save the image (Ctrl + S) and upload it using a image upload site such as http://www.imageshack.us.
