You still have to apply/fill out an application and meet the requirements.

You know it's quite funny how you send a message to Penoze saying you are a mature person now and saying you've change but you haven't. You say you don't care about the clan but then decide making an application? All you are is trouble that shouldn't be allowed a second chance.
