If you've read every single word in all of those threads, it shouldn't be hard at all.

In order to join the clan you have to meet our minimum requirements to join.
If you meet those requirements, you have to register an account and then fill out an application. See this thread on how to do that.
Members will gain access to both the Public forums and the members only forums.

Requirements: Combat level 3-30, and
20M exp, 10m of which is not in a combat skill, or fletching, cooking or firemaking.
