I don't think Stealing Creation's Tools should even be allowed.
Getting double the XP for a certain amount of XP doesn't seem fair to me.
That's just my opinion.

In my honest opinion every possible way should be allowed.
There is no way you can tell if someone is using SC items or not, therefore if my opponent got 2k exp more than I did, I could easily say that he used SC items, and his exp for the day shouldn't be recorded.

And agricultures, good luck with war, I have no idea how much exp I can get, due to RL crap. You might even win ;)

Well I don't know if you're supposed to advertise or not...but someone can delete this if not.
You can google "Runescript" and click on tracker, and type someone's username in and it tracks them for you, and you don't have to do any of the work :) I use it all the time.

Guys dnt be getting your hopes up. The war might not happen i need people to help me calculate... I cant do it all myself.
