iiNick and I have been talking and we've made a compromise to remove all buyable skills but add in Dungeoneering and Slayer. Keep in mind that some people were removed from the skill war due to the skills being removed. However, if you did get removed, feel free to join up again for another skill. |

What am I not allowed to do for Thieving? I assume everything has level 3 limits, like no familiars, ardy cape 3, or wielding the sceptre. |
