I think a skillwar would help get me back to playing again. I voted yes - against another clan.

I'm down for a skill war however if it is against another clan I most likely will not be able to participate if it is interclan i will probable join and compete =]. Either way its good for me.

I definitely feel this is a good idea to promote clan unity if we can compete against another skill clan.
Like Pyro said, it might also motivate me to play a bit more. I'd do my best to be able to compete if a skill war was organized.

but i love too see upcoming skillers too have wars
i think its inspiering for them

but an idea for war could be inviting clans and have weekend wars
one skill every second weekend and after gone thru all skills a winner will be found
i think that way it wil be easier to get more people to compeet
and you can sign up for more then one skill as long as there is
equal number partisipant in ea skill from ea clan

but thats just a suggestion from one who dont do wars anymore

Skill wars are great. Against other clans they tend to be much more competitive, which I like. Though sometimes they can be taken too seriously.

That being said, in our wars against other clans usually ~half the people participating have been inactive or gained very little xp. That kind of ruins it for the people who work hard (nolife) in the war. In my opinion, you should only join a clan vs clan war if you know for sure you will be able to put in a good amount of hours.

Personally I'll consider joining if dungeoneering is included, and if combat players are allowed.

Yeah i agree, Try. In the last skill war, me and dan mainly, but pyro did help, we gained alot of XP to make sure we won the war. I think that if you're going to compete you will gain XP. If not then don't join. No point in hosting a war if we aren't going to win, is there?

Thankyou for all the supportive comment so far. Today I will try and talk to staff and leaders of another clan to find us an opponent. The general vote has been to war with another clan.

If anyone could suggest a list of skills then I would be grateful, I will make sure to try my best at co-ordinate with another clan to allow the skills you all have suggested so far.

These are what we normally have in the skill war - What do you think of having buyables in? Or will it make it more complicated? Up to you Bex. (: Hope you manage to get a Clan.

I don't think we should include buyable skills. It isn't really fair for those that aren't too good at making money. Also, (as Jack said) with Slayer it was only really Swifty, now that he has left I'm not too sure whether it would be worth including unless someone posts saying they would like to do slayer.

This would bring competitiveness to this clan, Also making the skills a little less boring when your thoughts are keen on beating your rival not; How long will this take?

Another thing would be having a record scoreboard. ;p

dungeoneering shouldn't be included imo, unless someone with combat does it. Just seems like too much of a hassle.

I'm ready for this & would like 2 be signed up for fishing as sooon as this war starts I've beeen geting A LOT of fish exp lately playing more as my parents are on vaccation till the 5th of next month

So hopefully its before then & I should be goood 2 go lol ;D
