I was a part of this clan on a different account (not sure what it was) but before I left the clan I had my username changed to Nitro Cl0ud. So that is why I am currently not meeting requirements.

Well your combat level exceeds our requirements and you also don't have enough exp. Sorry. For this account though, you could PM one of the Admins to get your old account fixed.
