Yes, an Administrator (most probably Magic Guapo) will re-check and activate your account, then you're in ;)

mutes make people look bad although it could be a bad friend who reports when you are joking around or say something like join #clan-peacefull. Im pretty sure uae is not perm muted due to offensive langauge or being a problem, he seems like a nice person. I say yes.
