well its not actually an app but more of a question i got a lvl 47 with good stats, u guys wouldnt be able to make an exception for me to get in at lvl 47? i woudlnt raise any higher?

Nope, dont think so, reqs are 3-30 combat.

It depends on what your combat stats are...if it's just defence and prayer, then we could make an exception.

I first suggest using the correct form, but as RS Penguin said, if it is defence and prayer, or something else, acceptions can be made.
