Now I have finally reached mean, well gone over the requirements and I'm wanting to join

4. My highest level is: 95 Fishing
5. My combat level is: 3
6. Reason for getting combat levels (if any): N/A
7. Will I gain more combat levels?: Nope

We won't actually delete your account, we'll just change it so that it's your actual RS name.

Sorry you can't use the name Jessica, its a rule that everyone has to use there username and its caused some problems in the past

That is a rule? That is weird because alot of people including me have our real names as Peacefull names. Weird.

well thats why alot of problems have been caused, admins won't let people have names then they give them to a select few. I could really care less to have my real life name as my username but other people are eager to have it and it makes them mad that you and joey have them. I'm just telling her why they won't let her have her real life name.

Quickness, just to let you know the staff is going to be changing all users forum names to their RuneScape account names. Because as you said it has caused problems with some people.
