14.Tell us about your runescape history: I started in '06 on robbie853, later got hacked and i started an account (dont laugh at the name, i was like 10: hotboy990, when i was mining, i thought of the name 12 9k, i got 99 theft and fish on it and then i got bored so i created a skiller; 13 9k=D

since the requirement change does not state what timezone it is in , i assume that the requirement change doesnt start until 12:00 am august 8th in the chosen person who is applyings time zone. i hope that clan peacefull realizes that they did not put a timezone and will honour the fact that theres 8 more hours in my timezone for me to get the required exp.

They didn't say what time the requirements would switch on the 8th Welcome to the clan if King Tazo decides to accept you. If not, good luck meeting the new requirements.

you are absolutely right, it does not say what time, nor what time zone.

i can argue that if i have any problems, although i hope i dont since its been like 1 hr.

It's still 10:55 PM for me on August 7th and you currently meet the requirements. When an Admin sees, you should be let in.
