I have attempted to register an account, under my runescape name

and i was wondering if i had to fill out an application before my registration can be approved, or if im supposed to wait until my registration to be approved before i can fill out an application.

wasnt sure if I was supposed to make an application here with an guest account.

I have been looking on and off for a skiller clan for awhile, and never had any luck. I think its a really cool idea.

Currently I am doing fletching to gain my first 99, though my favorite skill at the moment is theiveing (82).
