3. My total exp is: 12 millish

4. My highest level is: 91 fletching =( then 87 wc

5. My combat level is: three

6. Reason for getting combat levels (if any): n/a

7. Will I gain more combat levels?: sure hope not

8. I was invited to join by (if anyone): n/a

well im 14.
stoped playing on this char for about a year...
and just got back on him a few days ago =P

You need to wait for an administrator to check it once again and activate your account then.
Nothing to worry about.

You will notice that your status has changed to "Member" when its done. Your application will also get locked.
