You seem to have met the requirements but it also seems that you have not read the rules, once you have read through them properly you will understand what you are missing and what you need to do. Please re-read through them, you can read them by clicking Here. Once you have found the rules feel free to make a new post on this thread, then when an Admin or Mod sees the post they can take the neccessary action.

Just pointing this out but did you know you didn't have to wait this whole time to meet the requirements? Cause you were a member here on Day of Work so you could of just re-applied as a clan friend and then became a member with your new account

how did u get the name 'Y9'?

1. Open your internet explorer.
2. Go to http://www.runescape.com/.
3. Click "Create a free account".
4. Enter Y9 as Your Username.
5. Fill in all the other things.
6. Done.

Because it takes seven years to get as good as he is.
