The skill Dungeoneering; released by Jagex for Runescape is efficiently trainable by Non-Nombat related players F2P/P2P.
This gives a small advantage for the Elite Member rank.

To compromise the levels obtained by Dungeoneering, the requirements for Elite Member are increased by 50 levels.
This upgrade will not increase the requirement for Non-Combat exp.

New Requirements:
-P2P: 1,450+ Non-Combat Total or 150M+ Non-Combat exp.
-F2P: 800+ Non-Combat Total or 50M+ Non-Combat exp.
-Must have the Member rank.
-Must be 30 Combat or lower.


Those who currently have the Elite Member rank will not lose their rank, but are encouraged to increase their Total/Non-Combat exp.

Who are you? 8 posts since june 9th id hardly call you active. Before dungeoneering came out it was alot harder rank to achieve. Also when that skill came out most clans raised there requirements some by up to 99 more levels to join. I think this is only fair to those who worked hard to achieve the rank before dungeoneering came out.
