I wouldn't know why. The XP requirement only speaks of non-combat, in my opinion that's what the level requirement should also be at. Any excess levels should not count, in my opinion, which would mean Ryosku's elite status would be withdrawn for now (sorry 8-[), but that's just me anyway lol, it's not as if I have anything to say here XD.
I believe this is (supposed to be) discussed in the staff room for a while now though, so there should be a solution soon.

If you don't get Elite status now, you should get it very soon, after a few more levels/XP :)

Don't even know why there's combat restrictions for the requirements for Elite if you have to be level 30 or lower combat. :?

Because it's possible to get over 200 levels in combat as level 30, compared to a level 3? As with anything in the clan, this rank is based on skill levels, not combat levels and I don't see a reason to change anything about that.

The requirements for Elite member is the following:

P2P: 1,400+ Total or 150M+ Non-Combat exp.
F2P: 750+ Total or 50M+ Non-Combat exp.
Must have the Member rank.
Must be 30 Combat or lower.

Non-combat exp therefore implies non-combat skill levels.

We apologize for the recent confusion (especially to Ryosku :( ). Only non-combat levels and experience will be counted in the Elite Member requirement.
