Drowns' Application

1. My Runescape name is: Drowns
2. My skill total level is: 1811 <- Subject to change
3. My total exp is: 151.5m
4. My highest level is: Construction, Farming, Cooking, Fletching, Firemaking, Hunter, Woodcutting, Fishing, Crafting, Smithing and Thieving - all are 99
5. My combat level is: 60
6. Reason for getting combat levels (if any): I started out a pure, still am 1 Defence. But yeah, ever since I had 1000 total, I've just be skilling and I don't want to turn back

7. Will I gain more combat levels?: Of course not, unless it's by accident or Summoning levels, it will be every little though if any.

14. Tell us about your Runescape history: Started this account late last year I think, currently played about 108 days in total play time.
15. Prove to us that you have read and accepted our rules and guidelines: Ahh I'm not aloud to say anything threatening or abusive, or anything that violates any laws and I can be permanetly banned if I do. You guys can edit/remove any of my posts, and all my information is stored in a database.

Against RuneScape rules, you're over 30 combat and I doubt there would be an exception, and #15 is wrong.
