For taking a screenshot, (I assume you're using windows), press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. This will copy whatever shows up on your monitor to the clipboard. Then open up Paint (Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint) and press Control + V, this will paste your image into Paint. Go File -> Save As... and give it a name like "Peacefull Greeting" and use the default image type. After it's saved, go to any of the following websites (PhotoBucket, ImageShack, or TinyPic) and follow the instructions on the site to upload your image. It should give you a link that you copy and paste onto the forums. Make sure that your include your stats and the text of your greeting.
