You have to hit 3.5 mil exp on other stats other then fletching and cooking, you have about I don't know say 1mil exp left to gain? Best of luck, and advance welcome when you do.

Unfortnatelly, you don't meet our requirements.

The requirements are 7m total exp, but 3,5m of these exp must be in skills other than Cooking and Fletching.

You need to get 800k exp in other skills than Cooking and Fletching.
