Why not?

According to the p2p level 3 skillers list the average overall exp for a level 3 with 1200 total+ is 94m exp. Naturally this would make sense that the alternative for 1400 total is 150m exp. Honestly I think it should be higher, but considering that only 14 level 3s have more than 150m exp, I guess that's about right.

According to the f2p level 3 skillers list the average overall exp is very low (I'm guessing something like 15m or 20m exp). Also, only a little over 10 people have more than 50m exp in f2p. Hence the alternative for the 750 total being 50m exp is reasonable.

I think in 9 more levels because 9 of your levels are combat ones.

I believe he has 30 extra levels (P2P and combat) that shouldn't be counted. However, since the requirement for elite is 750+ skill total and his skill total is 770 now, he could have been an elite member a while ago already.

Ov I got combat and Maybe Im Ok is banned so i don't know if you should delete them from elite member ranks or not?
