6. Reason for getting combat levels: i got hacked awhile back
7. Will I gain more combat levels?:im thinking of getting 60 def for full dragon at lvl 27

Yes Ssj is right, at the moment you do not reach the requirements to get into peacefull, at the moment the requirements are 7m exp in and 3.5m in other skills except cooking and fletching and from looking at the hiscores you do not meet these.

If you do and they are not showing up on the hiscores post a picture of your levels on here.
