I'll just say that what he did was, as Ir3l4nd put it, in violation of RS and Clan rules. He has since apologized to me for it.
And I will stay out of choosing if he's allowed in out not.

As I go by life and game, everyone deserves a second chance. Even though what he did was bad, there is a chance he could of changed.
