Judging by your ranked stats, you still need 458,863 xp in any skill other than Fletching, Cooking and Firemaking. I'll leave this unlocked because you can probably get this xp in a matter of days.

Just post back here once you meet the requirements.

Looking at your hiscores I believe that you're still missing around 27k xp at the moment. Look:

XP which counts: 9972897

But I also believe that you will have it by the time an Administrator approves your application - 27k total xp should be a matter of an hour or two if you work hard. If you think that you already have these missing 27k in any other skills that are not in the hiscores, feel free to post a screenie of your stats, it could speed the things up a bit.
