I am a skiller , my combat lvl is 88 , but that's because when i started runecape , I started with combat ...

but now I am very peacful , it make more than one years taht i don't do combat anymore and I am really a fan of farming ( the best rs skill !! ^^)

I only have 2 lvl 99 , but I don't want a skillcape anymore , because i prefer to xp farming

uhm i don't this it's possible for you, to get in here, unless you're under level 30, and have 10M total xp.
you need to have been in the clan for like.. 2 months or so to get Clan Friend.

The only way to become a Clan Friend is to of been in Peacefull before and as you havn't you are not eligible of the rank. Sorry.

You could, however, create a new account and keep it within level 3-30, but I wouldn't recommend doing that, because it'd be a waste not to use an account with 99 farming.
