As other people have said, it seems you havn't read through the rules at all or properly. People easily give it away that they havn't read through them as they copy other applications and just say, "I have read and accepted the rules..." but this isn't what we are looking for. I aint sure you meet the required exp.
You have 18.6M total exp, 14M of that is Firemaking so you cant have the required exp.
I calculate 3,018,380 exp in the non buyables.

Yea it think so because the can't find it. However welcome to clan peacefull and read the rules thoroughly and it becomes clear what you need to do. And also work on getting just a tad bit more xp in skills other than cooking fletching or firemaking. You'll meet the requirements soon.

Yeah, I believe that the secret message is probably in the worst spot out of all of them. It should be moved to where they would most likely find it. New members needing to read about leaving the clan is just a complete waste of time for them.
