i was very mad and i am hoping the rule of reapplying after a month can be waved just once

The stand down rule was made specifically to avoid "spur of the moment" quitting.

You quit the clan on july 17th, the earliest you could be allowed to reapply is august 17th. Please don't make any more posts about this until then.
