just like to say that i think if harp doesnt want you in the clan that should be taken very seriously because everyone in this clan likes harp as far as i know and this thread may be posted by you but it isnt yours, this is the clans thread and he is voicing his opinion of you on it which we would like to hear before we let someone we may not want in the clan in.

Don't let him join thats what I say. He and baby skiller are trying to give harpoon a very bad name, I saw that baby skiller changed his name into "open" harpoons skiller and that they would flame eachother to make screenshots for proof that harpoons a bad person.

Drop trading is definately detected, I know many many people who attempt to drop trade and get bans, and as you said, 'used.' it used to be undetectable, but now they can see quick logins on accounts, if it looks suspitious, it's easily seen, check their privacy policy if you dont believe me on the checking IPs:


As for buying gold, you may have gotten lucky...I have yet to see what information they had to say I bought it...A penny wasn't lost on my side ...ah well...



And Zzz, Harp is saying that The1337santa macroed, and transfered/bought gold which is why he shouldn't get it, he had some chat logs that could've been interpreted as sarcasm or could have been edited, who knows...

Considering he met the reqs and Jagex never banned him, I'd say just let him join. If he sudden't gets banned for one of the acused offences, well, then now ya know, but I highly doubt he would have gotten away with any of them

do you realize how meny people do this evry second? they dont check over evry single person who logs out and in. there is no way they check it all, i am going to guess there are about 50 people doing this at any given time, jagex checking all this would be a major waste of staff

It could easily be checked automatically. They already keep track of multiple accounts logged in from the same location. They already keep track of what items an account has dropped on the ground (try dropping something in normal mode in your house and change to building mode, or drop something in prison pete random event). If they just combine those and store what an account has left on the ground when it logs out, they can check if another account that logs in from the same location picks those same items up from the ground.



It's not against the rules, and you shouldn't be banned for it. But if the donation is big enough (those unbalanced trades they talk about), you do get flagged. And then they can investigate it closer to see if there's any rulebreaking involved.

You all are focusing to much on the word 'drop trade', when there are other ways to transfer the money and not get caught so easily. Just look at teh unseen, hundreds of mils between accounts and he even admitted to it, and he doesn't get banned.

'Drop trade' is just a universal term for "item transfer"

I know i'm not the most active person on the forum (my internet is rubbish) but i have known the1337santa for quite a while, and so far have found nothing displeasing about him. OK there might be a few people against him joining, but as far as im concerned, he's innocent until proven guilty.
