People who DON'T have a main and have to save every GP to get exp?

People who DON'T drop trade.

I was hoping on getting 99 firemaking and getting in...

But since people say you need a non-buyable skill I guess I wont get in with 99 firemaking.

Well I know it can be done.

I just don't cut yews or magics anymore,

I don't fish or fletch anymore.

There are other ways but to me,

Picking flax is the fastes.

And I know you,

Yep, when I left they fell apart.

Anyway back on topic, you may have picked flax ect but I just don't see people having the idea to do that or merchant the first time they play the game.

If that is about me, I didn't just start playing.

I've played since back in 2005.

But yeah, if you just start.

You wont think of picking flax or merchanting.

You will beg and people will tell you how to make cash.

A good way of cash and crafting experience is:
Pick flax, make strings, trade strings for more flax (or sell and buy), make strings, trade... Like that.
I did that to get up my crafting and to get cash...
Don't do it anymore either.
